UL認(rèn)證熔斷閥

UL認(rèn)證熔斷閥設(shè)計(jì)是用于當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)自動(dòng)切斷液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的管道系統(tǒng)。一旦火災(zāi)發(fā)生，這些閥門(mén)將自動(dòng)終止液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的供應(yīng)，終止或者降低火災(zāi)事故所造成的危害。在發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)， 熔斷閥的熔斷片在達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)值的時(shí)候自動(dòng)分離，進(jìn)而驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門(mén)頂端的執(zhí)行器，閥門(mén)由常開(kāi)變成常閉或由常閉變成常開(kāi)。

熔斷閥擁有不同的溫度設(shè)置值，可根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況，自由選擇，通常，熔斷閥的設(shè)定溫度宜大于環(huán)境溫度30℃。在易燃儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)出口系統(tǒng)中，是一個(gè)非常理想的選擇。另外熔斷閥在使用過(guò)程中只需在線更換斷掉的熔斷器即可重復(fù)使用， 從而降低了使用成本。

熔斷閥是一種防止火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)能自行探測(cè)溫度關(guān)閉的閥門(mén)。閥門(mén)保持常開(kāi)狀態(tài)，當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度超過(guò)一定范圍值時(shí)，自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，起到安全防火作用。

The UL-certified fusible valve is designed to automatically cut off pipeline systems for liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids or any other potentially hazardous media when the ambient temperature reaches a set value. The valve changes from normally open to normally closed or from normally closed to normally open. Fusible valves have different temperature setting values. According to the actual situation of the project, you can freely choose. Generally, the set temperature of the fusible valve should be greater than the ambient temperature by 30 °C. It is a very ideal choice in the inlet and outlet system of flammable storage tanks.
